Join Arboretum Detroit and Clear The Air for Air Quality Awareness Week. We’ll learn about how trees contribute to our air quality, while we take action as we plant dozens of Giant Sequoias and native understory trees and shrubs. This Filter Forest will be a vegetative buffer along one of the busiest streets in our neighborhood, on the South end of the Arboretum’s network of parks.

Fun activity: Learn from the best - Amos Kennedy will teach you how to use a letterpress to print a tree card to take home with you.

Refreshments will be provided.
