Community Qi-Gong: Breath and Balance

  • Circle Forest - Arboretum Detroit 3301 East Palmer Street Detroit, MI, 48211 United States (map)

Join us in the heart of Circle Forest at the Detroit Arboretum for a restorative Qi-Gong experience. Qi-Gong, known as "energy cultivation," is a practice rooted in ancient Taoist wisdom and supported by modern somatic science. Through flowing movement, conscious breathwork, and meditative stillness, these sessions are designed to harmonize your energy, strengthen your natural vitality, and deepen your connection to the Earth. Surrounded by the living beauty of Circle Forest, we come together as a community to align with nature’s rhythms and nurture our collective well-being. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Childcare will be available on site for the duration of the class.
